We provide a fast and efficient conveyancing service to purchasers of new plots who are introduced to us by house builders.
We offer these purchasers exclusively negotiated, highly competitively fixed fees to encourage them to instruct us. Where the sale of an existing property is connected to the transaction, we offer additional savings on the legal conveyancing fees for that sale.
