BPE Homemove is one of the country's largest law firms specialising exclusively in residential property.
One division of the business acts for lenders in remortgage transactions.
The other division acts for buyers, sellers and borrowers - whether repeat clients, or those referred by estate agents or buyers recommended by house builders.
BPE has been at the forefront of the technological revolution within conveyancing. In 2002 it spun off its property case management arm into Intelligent Conveyancing Ltd whose 'ICON' products are available to all conveyancing practitioners.
BPE Homemove is also a founder member of Synapse, a panel management company whose majority shareholder is the very successful legal IT and Home Information Pack provider, Visualfiles.
BPE was a founder member of the prestigious Direct Conveyancing Association. A key member of BPE Homemove (David Oldham) retains his position on the Committee of the DCA and thus remains at the forefront of the drive to improve the experience of the home moving public.
BPE are intimately involved in several HM Land Registry initiatives.
