What we do

We contract with small Estate Agency chains to pay agreed referrals fees (strictly within the prescribed code of practise) for the introduction of their clients to us, for whom we subsequently act in their sale or purchase.

We also offer the clients of our Estate Agents competitively pitched fixed fees to encourage their clients to appoint the Agents in the first place.
